MNA
From French: Mouvement National Algérien
Algerian Socialist Muslim Nationalist organization in the 1950's, during the Algerian War.
The MNA originated from Algerian immigrants to France, and was also governed from here. MNA was mainly active with the labour unions, and fought in the early stages of the war against the FLN. These fights are known as Café Wars, which cost about 5,000 Algerians their life.
