Arabic is the only real language of Palestine, and practically all use the South Levantine dialect, which is used by a majority in Jordan and most of the Arabic-speakers in Israel. There are no important language differences between Gaza Strip and West Bank.
Those speaking Levantine Bedouin inhabit the desert regions in the south of the West Bank, and along the Jordan river.
Depending on political and geographical definitions, there are between 300,000 and 500,000 Jewish settlers living on Palestinian land. This group, all considered inhabitants of Israel by the Israeli government, are included in the overview for Israel.
