EL-GOUNA / Canals  The canals of El-Gouna start in the outskirts of town. While El-Gouna at first used a selection of islands, the growth is now made along artificially made canals. I have seen the mechanical diggers! The result is that almost every new holiday house gets its own strip of sand.
