LUXOR:
Valley of the Kings: Tawsert/ Sethnakht

Luxor, Egypt: Valley of the Kings

Around 1200 did pharaoh Sethnakht experience that his own tomb suddenly had dug into another tomb. His solution was slightly uncommon for a pharaoh; he stole Queen Tawsert's tomb. She had died only 10 years earlier, but now her mummy was removed, possibly to a chamber in Amenophis 2's tomb.
Sethnakht dug further in, after all he was a pharaoh not just a queen, making the shaft 100 metres long.
