CEUTA: The Mediterranean Park More for locals than for the casual visitor, the Mediterranean Park is not only 3 large swimming pools along the esplanade of Ceuta, it is also a casino and a symbol. The casino is for money- the symbol value is a reassurance to the local inhabitants that living in Ceuta shall be no less pleasant than living in mainland Spain.
