Tata is more of a junction of serious travelling than a destination in itself. The town centre is nice enough, but never more than charming. And the oasis near Tata is far from the most impressive in the region.
But if you have your own vehicle, there should be enough to fill a couple of days here, as the nature around Tata is dramatic, and there are many villages which all have distinctive character.
