The theatre is in fairly poor condition on the outside, with most steps of the grandstand destroyed over time. But investigating it from the back is much better, as some of the ramps leading down to the underground sections are unusually well-preserved.
For most of its length, the underground corridors and chambers are intact. And as far as I could tell, the condition is not a result of modern reconstruction.
