Basilica of Hildeguns
Although visibly fairly unimpressive, the basilica of Hildeguns is not to be missed. It belongs to one of the darkest periods in Tunisian history, the time of the Vandals, a Germanic tribe. The Vandals built precious little, and this is one of few buildings from their period. There are traces of the original mosaics in the apse.
